DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Salesforce queue to ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted for all new requests.
- Configure scheduling and registration systems, test centre’s, eligibility systems, results management systems online applications to support Web registration and file transfer protocol (FTP) for multiple environments.
- Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
- Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Adhere to departmental SLAs for completion of system configurations.
- Contribute ongoing insight and communication of lessons learned to Configuration Management Team and account representatives.
- Troubleshooting \Problem solving skills and Critical thinking.
- Manage individual team projects towards completion, working to meet team goals and commitments with consistency and quality.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years support services experience.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks to meet critical and sometimes changing deadlines.
- Troubleshooting \Problem solving skills and Critical thinking.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Third level degree or equivalent experience Software Support or Management.
- Background in education/testing industry.
- Experience in program management.
- Experience with a contact center application.
- Proven adaptability to evolving software solutions.
