Job Summary:

As a BI Analyst, you will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Business Intelligence technologies and tools. You will work with users and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge for sound business decisions, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems. You will also educate and train users to use analytical tools for analysis, decision-making and option exploration. The successful job incumbent will determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI) and develop BI strategies, while also designing and developing dashboards, alerts, and reports.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement systems for BI reporting and analysis
• Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users
• Prepare and maintain BI reporting and analysis documentations
• BI and database systems administration
• Manage upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting of BI systems

Educational Requirements:

• 3-6 years’ experience in BI Technology and Tools
• College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is an asset
• Certificate in BI is preferred
• Power BI training is an asset

Salary Range: 80-95k + Bonus
