MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Good communication skill
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry, terminology and practices preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Review Requests for Proposal (RFP). Identify information for proposal text and budget development; and work closely with Business Development (BD) team to prepare and finalize proposals.
  • Preparation and submission of business proposals to clients / BD team within timelines by coordinating with cross functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all proposal principles applied are in line with company policy, guidelines, standard operating practice, and applicable local regulations.
  • Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids, and related documents. Participate in strategy calls to discuss client requirements.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders, Quality Assurance group, legal team, procurement team and finance, involved in assigned study.
  • Accomplishing assigned projects and priorities as set by Manager; brings conflicting priorities to Manager’s attention for resolution.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • All the above activities are performed in accordance with GCP- ICH guidelines and Veranex DMA standard documentation.
  • Work closely with operation team to handover scope document for executed contract.
  • Work closely with finance team to keep the track of invoicing.
