About This Role:

Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate IT Support Technician. You will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation.

This is a full-time, on-site position. 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide helpdesk support through answering phone calls, online tickets and troubleshooting
  • Utilize security, cloud, and software applications to assist everyday functions of Users while growing and helping to build our support environment.

 

  • Assist project teams in triaging and solving L1 issues related to individual client studies involving phone and email support.
  • Setting up User computers, shipping hardware to new and current employees

 

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years Help Desk experience
  • 1-3 years customer support experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azura and Local Active Directory services.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Windows systems.
  • Proficient in English and French.
  • Understanding of network related troubleshooting.
  • Must be extremely self-motivated and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

 

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Excellent command of French, both oral and written
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining Mac systems
  • Experience with O365 Admin, Active directory, Azure AAD
