About This Role:

Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our team a Product Development Project Specialist. You will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation.  The Product Development Project Specialist will be responsible for supporting the coordination of product development projects and programs under the direction of leadership. Focuses on bringing logistical clarity to project execution with internal teams.

What You Will Do:

• Supports and coordinates the development and maintenance of the project plan including deliverable scope, detailed schedule, and detailed budget breakdowns.
• Maintains resource plans to achieve project scope and timeline.
• Facilitates alignment and scheduling between client and internal teams.
• Supports the organization of status update communications against the project plan to client teams with support of the internal team.
• Supports lessons-learned activities with team members and management at project or program closure
• Liaises with vendors and partners to assure that contracted deliverables are provided in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

Required skills:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a product development-related or business operations discipline such as accounting/data analytics or a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in project coordination
• MS Excel proficiency, especially data analysis
• Interfacing with database systems

• Basic knowledge of project management skills and processes

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
• Self-starter
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and perform a wide range of activities
• Ability to work under a timeline
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of medical device development strategy standards
• Basic understanding of design and document controls, design verification and validation

• Experience in consulting
• Experience with Open Air, NetSuite, Power BI
