Sr. Specialist, Executive Relations
Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Executive Relations, executes executive advisory programs, leveraging expertise in program management and event coordination. Tasked with fortifying executive relations initiatives, this professional collaborates with leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional services. They play a crucial role in maintaining the consultancy's standards and driving the prominence of the SHRM brand within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with the Executive Relations Lead to manage client development program initiatives.
- Elevate advisory service offerings through sophisticated program management skills.
- Execute high-profile events with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Analyze program outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strategic growth. Manage program evaluation process and delivery.
- Produce and refine strategic presentations and reports to uphold high-quality standards and reinforce position as thought leaders.
- Oversee the budget for executive relations initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial oversight.
- Ensure the highest standards of documentation and project deliverables.
- Forge strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain synergy and advance strategic objectives within the executive relations domain.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in Human Resources or consulting experience preferred.
- Proven capability to demonstrate initiative and self-direction in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines and attention to detail.
- Proactive thinker with the ability to recognize problems and opportunities in advance.
Certifications
- Professional certification in project management or a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint and project management tools is preferred.
- Design skills, with experience in graphic design software is a plus.

The hiring range for this position is $82,000 to $107,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
