Project Manager/Business Solution Analyst

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
•    Client Management & Communication:   Responsible for serving as liaison between business community and IT development team to provide technical solutions to meet business needs that enhance the enterprise’s competitive advantage 
•    Business Analysis & Requirements Definition:   Analyze business operations to determine opportunities to automate business processes and functions; Define and document project objectives and business requirements to be translated into functional specifications for systems development and new technology 
•    Project Planning:  Create and manage detailed project task plans, budgets, and timelines
•    Project Management:  Coordinate and manage project activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations   
•    Testing and Quality Control:   Manage testing activities to refine and debug programs
•    Deployment & End User Support:  Prepare deployment communications; Support development deployment activities (pre and post deployments)
•    Training and Documentation:  Prepare user documentation and communication on system features; and prepare and provide end-user training on new feature delivery and on existing system functionality.
•    Reporting:  Monitor and summarize progress of project and prepare and distribute status reports.
•    IT Governance:  Developing standard operating procedures for IT systems to ensure compliance;  Measuring and monitoring IT compliance;  Reviewing information systems for compliance; 
•    Additional duties as assigned

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. 
•    5 + years of Project Management experience and Business Analyst experience
•    Experience with MS Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Teams)
•    Excellent project management skills, with demonstrated experience planning and managing projects of various sizes
•    Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
•    Excellent Training skills, with demonstrated experience planning and delivery training programs of various sizes
•    Excellent Communication Skills (written, presentation and verbal);  and is detail oriented
•    Strategic Thinker with Strong Analytical and Problem-solving Skills
•    Strong interpersonal and relational skills; proven ability to work constructively and collaboratively with people at all levels
•    Strong Organizational and Time Management skills; enjoys a fast-paced, challenging environment; can be effective quickly
•    Willing to take initiative, deal with complexity and ambiguity and assume responsibility;  shows sound judgment, initiative and flexibility
•    Experience working with Offshore Teams.
•    PMP certification, or experience with PMI Project Management Processes and Knowledge Areas
•    Understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
•    Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical or other Consumer Package Goods (CPG) company
