International Account Coordinator

Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
    Piping Rock Health Products is eager to add an International Account Coordinator to our International Sales team! You will be part of a team that is compact, fast paced and consistently moving. With this opportunity you will be working alongside the International Senior Account Manager, communicating with clients and working cross functionally with many different departments within Piping Rock. Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
•    Support International Senior Account Manager in organizing various projects such as keeping record of export orders; receiving and processing sales orders from customers and following the fulfilling process within our company until orders ship to customers.
•    Coordinate shipments and pick-ups of customers’ orders. Collaborate with department staff to ensure timely shipment of orders. 
•    Complete and manage shipping documents.
•    Prepare, maintain & update files, spreadsheets, & databases. 
•    Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure department functionality and requirements are met to achieve customer and company expectations. This can include, but is not limited to production job status, inventory status, work in process and others.
•    Engage with International customers and several other departments, such as with the wholesale team, logistics, the laboratory, finance, operations.
•    Communicate and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
•    Process customer related credits via Finance. 
•    Request & distribute necessary laboratory documents to and for customers.
•    Create account performance reports.
•    Manage inventory of International promotional material. 
•    Process & ship product samples orders, promotional orders & documents via shipping manager application. Create manual invoices, whenever necessary. 
•    AD Hoc projects, as necessary.
•    Demonstrated ability to make independent judgement and efficient decision making
•    Additional duties as assigned

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
•    A bachelor’s degree in marketing business, or a similar field
•    Relevant work experience in a sales environment. (a plus)
•    Strong interpersonal skills and confident manner.
•    Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word proven proficiency)
•    Strong organizational and communication skills, including professional customer service communication (phone / e-mail / person to person / etc.) and team communication.
•    Good time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
•    Attention to details.
•    Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
