SUMMARY

The Salesforce Administrator specializes in reporting, business forecasting, presentation creation, and data maintenance.

JOB DUTIES 

  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports using Salesforce data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyses sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Actively participate in global weekly sales pipeline calls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate business forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy, adjusting as needed to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Design and create visually appealing and impactful sales decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Incorporate data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) into presentations to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
  • Develop and support Quarterly Business Review (QBR) templates, as well as algorithms for automated presentation builds for customer-facing meetings.
  • Conduct regular audits of Salesforce data to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Implement data cleanup processes and best practices to ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting and analysis purpose.
  • Manage user access, security settings, and customization of Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system usage.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with expertise in reporting, data analysis, and Salesforce platform administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools (e.g., Reports & Dashboards) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Microsoft Office ProficiencY
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience in sales or finance domains

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to execute physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
