Learning Business Partner - Leadership Program

We’re currently seeking a Learning Business Partner to join our Headquarters team!

In this role you’ll help create outstanding learning and development solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative individual with an expert-level understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning theory and a passion for learning, teaching, and impacting business outcomes. With guidance and input from the Director, Learning and Development, the Learning Business Partner will collaborate with SMEs and teammates to create, implement, and manage a variety of training and development initiatives.

What you will do:

• Guide stakeholders in identifying root causes for business problems and ideate corresponding solutions that drive outcomes
• Determine learning and development solutions that foster professional development and help leaders drive the learning and development of their teams
• Own companywide leadership development programs: from needs analysis stage to management and execution of training

How you will shine: 

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate learning & development
• Expert-level understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
• Attention to detail with a high degree of quality and accuracy
• Ability to adjust priorities and adapt to change
