Job Description  
The Material Handler/Shop Floor Production Associate will be involved in manufacturing, packing, and shipping product to the customer.  This position will also be responsible for Cycle Counting and performing final check of product before shipment. 
Essential Functions
•    Manufacture CD’s, pack, and ship to the end customers
•    Package incoming pallets (film) for international shipping to ensure the needs meet custom requirements
•    Complete necessary paperwork for shipments to meet the needs for each country.
•    Receive incoming packages and supplies
•    Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment. 
•    Assist in mail and package delivery.
•    Regularly perform cycle counts
•    Perform quality checks before shipments
•    Read and follow all job procedures and instructions to protect the customer from getting inferior product.
•    Print and organize paperwork for shipping product ensuring accuracy of all shipments. 
•    Hand tape packing materials such as foam board and boxes. 
•    Fork Truck:
    o    Move / Store / Ship products
    o    Drive and operate safely, Stand Drive and Counterbalance fork trucks.
    o    Experience preferred in using rack storage 25 feet high, 4 tier storage. 
    o    Able to load and unload trucks. 
    o    Able to recognize, document, and report shipping damage for resolution.
    o    Operate Dock plates and ensure trucks wheels are chocked.
•    Provide feedback and input to the team to establish the best solution.
•    Work overtime when necessary, during peak demand times.
•    Able to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Skills and Qualifications
•    High School Diploma or GED Required
•    A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a material handler in a manufacturing environment
•    Previous fork truck experience required
•    Microsoft AX or D365 experience
•    Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
•    Process Weaver experience
•    FEDEX Ship Manager and DHL Express Ship experience
•    Ability to multitask; willing to shift from job-to-job on a daily basis. 
•    Must be able to work with others in a small team environment with changing daily focuses on what is needed to be accomplish that day. 
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Comfortable using Utility Knives, Wearing Gloves, Safety Shoes, and Safety Glasses

Physical Requirements
•    Able to lift 50+ lbs
•    Prolonged standing
•    Repetitive tasks such as spindling, Loading CD machines, Packing boxes, Palletizing Product
•    Work packing and shipping finished products. 
•    Pushing and pulling Hand Jacks. 

Compensation
$19 - $21/hour depending on experience
