A day in the life…

• Customer satisfaction, retention, profitability of the sales department.
• Supervising used and new car stock, identifying acquisition and sales needs, and maintaining a well-presented inventory for customer appeal.
• Guiding sales staff to meet targets, fostering a positive work environment for productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Keeping abreast of competitor products and the overall automotive market in Canada.
• High degree of accuracy, sound business judgement, and attention to detail.
• Identify and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.

What we look for…

• Previous management experience in an automotive dealership is required.
• Proficient in vehicle sales software such as 180 and Dealermine.
• We require a valid provincial driver’s license.
• AMVIC license is required.
• A positive can-do attitude!
