Car Wash Manager

The Car Wash Manager oversees a team of Associates that are committed to providing outstanding customer service.  This individual must have a passion for customer service, team leadership, and be hands-on to ensure that their team is properly trained, that metrics are met and exceeded, and CEFCO car wash customers are satisfied.

General Responsibilities: 

Oversees all aspects of assigned car wash locations including:

• Weekly metrics, regular equipment inspection, and hourly quality checks.
• Accountability for weekly metrics, key financials, and monitoring expenses and budget goals.
• Hires and trains new employees, provides team development and mentoring, and ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications: 

2-4 years’ experience in a car wash environment including 1+ years’ of supervisory experience; possess a strong background in car wash mechanics, metrics and financials; must have a proactive safety attitude; be able to aggressively promote the business; proficient in MS Office, able to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures; able to work long hours including nights & weekends;
