We are currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing assistance to the Business Development team in their efforts to grow and diversify AIPC’s customer and product portfolio. They will take a leadership role on projects as required, including but not limited to new product development projects and customer pitch preparations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Work with sales channel to assist in new business capture.
  • Responsible for purchase order processing to include; sales acknowledgements, customer open order reports, shipping information as needed for key accounts.
  • With BDM support, lead efforts to optimize product cost, delivery, and quality. Drive product design, process, and material improvements to achieve these goals.
  • Stay abreast of competitive situations and potential threats.
  • Maintain/exceed budgeted revenue and gross margin objectives.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate/manage internal/external account status meetings as needed.
  • Must be able to communicate and work effectively with AIPC factories to obtain and share required customer information.
  • Manage, coordinate and/or assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 4 years business degree, or equivalent education and experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related manufacturing, marketing and/or sales positions plus 2-4 years office administration, customer service or related experience. 
  • Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy, under pressure and with frequent interruptions. 
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred 
  • Must possess strong diplomacy, administrative, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong MS office skills – Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth industry; willing to be hands-on and take initiative
  • Solid presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to interact well with customers.
  • Assertiveness and enthusiasm. Must have a high level of energy balanced with a collaborative, team-centric approach.
