Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests attending events with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ensure smooth crowd flow by monitoring entry, intermission, and exit periods.
- Handle ticket-related tasks, including verification and assisting with inquiries.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
Position Details:
- Part-time role with flexible hours.
- Primarily scheduled during evenings and weekends.
