Key Tasks:
- Process legal documents, conduct data entry, and manage correspondence for trial preparation.
- Maintain and update court calendars accurately.
- Issue discovery materials to defense attorneys.
- Prepare subpoenas as needed.
- Organize and manage trial files efficiently.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
- Minimum one year experience in criminal justice, law enforcement, court operations, or similar
- Knowledge of legal requirements in courts and related county departments
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Employment Details:
- Full-time: Non-Exempt position
Work Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week; additional hours as needed
