Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager

Base Salary up to £25,000, + a yearly bonus, of £5,000, paid out quarterly (£1,250), based on hitting individual targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to facilitate onboarding and demonstrate product platforms.
• Highlight the benefits of our products and packages to school staff, encouraging increased utilization.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while promoting the Tes brand.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and cancellations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Meet defined objectives and KPIs related to customer interactions and product adoption.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and customer engagement.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for Tes products, effectively conveying this enthusiasm to customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.
• Proficiency in utilizing software products of varying complexity.
• Accountability and organizational skills are essential.
