Salary: up to £48,000 plus £25,000 OTE

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (Sheffield City Centre)

Basic Scope and Primary Objectives

Join our fast-paced Sales team with the primary goal of growing SaaS revenues for a select range of Tes software solutions within a defined account base of Tes customers and prospects. By identifying opportunities within your accounts, you will engage key decision-makers, understand their needs, and cultivate relationships to secure new sales and boost revenues.

As a Sales Representative, you will take ownership of a defined product set and collaborate with the Business Development sales team. Your responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, ensuring adaptability and agility in your approach.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators by rapidly increasing the penetration of Tes software solutions.
  • Conduct a high volume of daily calls to build pipeline, advance, and close sales.
  • Provide accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting.
  • Maintain the CRM system diligently.
  • Demonstrate an expert level of market and product knowledge, including competitor offerings and product positioning.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through consistent sales processes and methodologies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations effectively as part of the sales process.
  • Establish relationships with senior stakeholders at large schools and MAT levels to identify new revenue opportunities and win sales.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated drive for results with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Commitment to the development of colleagues, offering guidance and support.
  • Tenacity and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent oral communication and verbal reasoning skills.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to adapt to various customer needs.
  • Quick understanding of market dynamics, customer base, competition, and Tes software solutions.
  • Ability to close sales effectively and secure commitment from customers.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • A team player with a passion for customer satisfaction and organizational success
