Role Overview:

Tes Institute is the leading accredited teacher training and development organization, specializing in initial teacher training/qualification and ongoing professional development for educators.

As a Business Development Leader, you'll spearhead B2B and B2B2C initiatives to elevate our presence and drive revenue in the UK, focusing on our core Initial Teacher Training products. Your role is pivotal in crafting and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets while fostering strong commercial relationships with a diverse range of clients and partners including MATs, schools, teacher training providers, HEIs, and other key stakeholders across your Territory.

This is a dynamic, sales-focused position that blends strategic partnership development with the creation of a robust sales pipeline. Your success will hinge on achieving revenue targets, and you'll have the autonomy to forge new relationships through travel and engagement within the educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive quarterly and annual revenue goals.

✅ Sales Strategy Implementation: Contribute to and execute the sales strategy for your Territory.

✅ Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through CRM systems.

✅ Relationship Building: Cultivate a network of commercial relationships across your stakeholder group.

✅ Presentation and Proposal Creation: Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and client solutions.

✅ Event Representation: Promote and showcase Tes Institute products at national and regional events.
